Instructions

Roughly dice the onion and the garlic. fry them slowly while turning.

Add the tomato paste and fry everything a little longer
cut the tomatoes into quarters and add them too.

Let it cook until the tomatoes are completely incorporated into the sauce. (30-120 mintues).

Throw everything in the mixer - optional

Use the pan now to fry the ground beef add msg and pepper.

Add the pureed tomatoes back

Add the spices and the balsamico

Let it cook for another 30 minutes, remove the lid if you want your sauce to be thicker.

Now we have the choice of where to put it on, i always recommend potatoes(520kcal) if you want less calories. but its the best with spaghetti(630 kcal) or gnocchis(650 kcal)
