Bake baguette

Dice the onions and fry them

Put all the meat (cut into squares) into a bowl and add the garlic and some pepper

Add the meat to the onions. do not burn it!

Turn off the heat and add half of the cheese to the pan

When the baguette is done cut it in half

Add the rest of the cheese to the inner upper side

Add the meat to the inner lower side

Let your open baguette brown in the oven for 3 minutes at 200°

Add the coleslaw and tzaziki
