Instructions

Preheat the iron griddle on the stove

Form 2 small balls from the ground beeef and season them on both sides with salt and pepper

Press the meatballs on the griddle with something heavy and flat (a cooking pot for example)

Add the cheese on top of one patty after flipping them over

Assemble your burger
